RETURNS POLICY:
Any items that are accepted for return, other than faulty items that have been returned under warranty, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The 20% restocking fee is industry standard amount to cover any repackaging, relabelling, refreshing and is to recover credit card processing costs incurred.
Returned item(s) must be received in as new condition and with all the original packaging and instructions in tact. Once an item has been worn, other then trying on for correct fitting, it cannot be returned. Further costs my be incurred if the packaging is damaged, or if any items or parts are missing and the item cannot be offered for sale as a new item.
Any and all shipping costs incurred for the sending and the return of any product is strictly not refundable.
When returning an item please ensure it is well packed to prevent transit damage, and the items are insured against loss. We will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If an item is lost you will need to seek compensation or lodge a claim directly from the shipping or postal company concerned. If required we will provide a copy of your invoice to help support your compensation claim.
AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
For Australia Post Express post service please allow 2 - 7 business days delivery to Australian major capital cities, and suburbs and 5 - 10 business days in Australian outer suburbs and regional areas.
For Australia Parcel Post regular service please allow 7 - 14 business days delivery to major capital cities, suburbs and 10 - 21 business days to outer suburbs, regional areas and New Zealand destinations.
During busy and peak seasonal times shipping may be delayed from the above estimates outlined above. Please place your orders well in advance of busy and seasonal peak times to ensure prompt and on time deliveries.
All orders are sent in Australia Post plastic satchels.
Credit card purchases will show on your statement as a debit from Leslie Worthington.
If we do need to contact you we will only speak to, or e-mail, the person who placed the order and we will not discuss the details of the order or any of the items ordered with any other person.
