Specific terms of sale purchases includes but not limited to:

General Terms and Conditions of Purchases.

All sales are final and we regret we are unable to accept any products back for return once it has been processed, once it has been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. In this instance we reserve the right to replace the item with the same product or one of a similar specification if the original item is no longer available.

In cases where a particular product is out of stock, and is available in an alternate colour, the replacement colour will be shipped unless otherwise advised by the customer in the additional information entry box during the checkout process.

If you instruct us to leave an item unattended or authorise a shipment to be left without a signature (EG: If not home, leave at front door.) You accept sole responsibility for the safety, security and safe delivery of the item. Rock and Roll Dress, Australia Post and any of our shipping contractors will not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any shipment or individual items if they are authorised to be left unattended at a customers premises.

All items are covered by a 14 day manufacturers warranty. If you wish to return a product for repair or replacement please contact us for further details prior to returning the item(s). Any item(s) returned without our authorisation or without our prior knowledge will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any return postage costs incurred.

Any items that are accepted for return, other than faulty items that have been returned under warranty, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The 20% restocking fee is industry standard amount to cover any repackaging, relabelling, refreshing and is to recover some of the initial postage costs and credit card processing costs incurred. The item must be received in as new condition and with all the original packaging and instructions in tact. Once an item has been worn, or used it cannot be returned. Further costs my be incurred if the packaging is damaged, or if items or parts are missing and the item cannot be offered for sale as a new item. Any and all shipping costs incurred for the sending and the return of any product is strictly not refundable.

When returning an item please ensure it is well packed to prevent transit damage, and the items are insured against loss. We will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If an item is lost you will need to seek compensation or lodge a claim directly from the shipping or postal company concerned. If required we will provide a copy of your invoice to help support your compensation claim.


All items that are not in sock at the time of ordering will be either be automatically placed on back order, unless otherwise instructed. Discontinued items will be automatically deleted from your order. If you do not want to back-order an out of stock item(s) you will need to add these instructions to the additional comments section of the online order form. Back ordered items will be shipped to your as soon as they become available. In the event of a multi-shipment being required for an item that is back ordered you will not be charged any addition shipping costs.


For Australia Post Express post service please allow 2 - 7 business days delivery to Australian major capital cities, and suburbs and 5 - 10 business days in Australian outer suburbs and regional areas.

For Australia Parcel Post regular service please allow 7 - 14 business days delivery to major capital cities, suburbs and 10 - 21 business days to outer suburbs, regional areas and New Zealand destinations.

Credit card purchases will show on your statement as a debit from Leslie Worthington. Leslie Worthington is the owner of Rock and Roll Dress.

If we do need to contact you we will only speak to, or e-mail, the person who placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with any other person.
