PLEASE NOTE: Due to the stretchy nature of chiffon material, the sewing tier style of petticoats and the manufacturing process, petticoats can have a variation of length of up to 5cm. If your new petticoat is a little too long you can roll the waist band under the petticoat to shorten. Rolling the waist band under the petticoat eliminates any waistband build-up under your dress or skirt.
